We produce manure removal equipment for every taste: traditional for our country scraper conveyors ТСН and scraper УСН, modern scraper SC, as well as special units for cleaning in hard-to-reach places – scraper SR. Tie-stall housing – free-stall housing.

What we offer

Manure removal determines cowshed hygiene and, consequently, livestock productivity. We produce two fundamentally different classes of equipment for various farm types.

For tie-stall housing, ТСН series conveyors are optimal – ТСН.2Б, ТСН.3Б, ТСН.160А, and ТСН.160Б. They differ in chain type (plate forged, plate separable, round link 14×80) and suit various operating modes and budgets.

For free-stall housing, we offer delta-scraper units – SC with 13×36 chain, УСН with 14×80 chain, and rail SR for passages with complex geometry. All scrapers come with our proprietary automation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does ТСН.160А differ from ТСН.160Б?
160A — standard modification for most farms. 160B — reinforced drive with Ø90 mm sprocket for heavy-duty modes and longer runs. The 14×80 chain is the same in both models.
SC or USN — which to choose?
SC operates on a 13×36 chain — a lighter and cheaper option. USN operates on a 14×80 chain, with a longer service life and designed for longer runs. If the budget allows — choose USN.
Is there a warranty for the equipment?
Yes, there is a factory warranty for all conveyors and scrapers. In addition, we maintain a stock of key spare parts and perform installation and commissioning.
