The TSN.2B conveyor is a plate non-detachable chain with a forged inner link. An ideal choice for cleaning manure in tethered cattle housing with any amount of hay and straw in the manure channel.

The forged inner link handles heavy loads and is unaffected by solid fractions, while the plate design ensures smooth manure movement through the channel without slippage.

Link thickness combinations

High-carbon steel — grade 5ps. All links are 45 mm wide.

Standard

10 mm inner link (grade 5ps), 6 mm side plate (grade 5ps). Tensile strength ≥ 10 t. Best price-to-quality ratio, suitable for most cases.

Reinforced

12 mm inner link (grade 5ps), 6 mm side plate (grade 5ps). Tensile strength ≥ 13 t. For extended contours above 160 m.

Super-reinforced

12 mm inner link (grade 5ps), 8 mm side plate (grade 5ps). Tensile strength ≥ 13 t. For very heavy-duty operation.

Chain execution types

Hot-riveted

Manufactured on a 60-ton press using our patented process. Each link is riveted with 2 rivets top and bottom in a single press stroke; rivet height ≥ 7 mm, each stamped with our registered «П» quality mark in a diamond.

Welded

Manufactured on a semi-automatic welder using Sv08G2S steel wire. 1 mm² of this weld withstands 100 kg of load.
