This is the most common scraper unit model in Ukraine. Its creator is the Kovelsilmash plant.
SPD PETROV plant produces USN delta scraper (USH) with more profitable and modern solutions:
hardened calibrated round-link chain 14*80 steel 23G2A hardness 30 HRC;
improved manure scrapers - scraper bases are made of grade 45 steel, not cast;
the sliders of manure scrapers are universal. A tension screw or just a chain can be attached to them;
optionally we offer a control panel with a timer and reliable limit switches for each lane.
hot-riveted chain is made on a 60-ton press using patented technology. On each link, in one stroke of the press, 2 rivets from the bottom and top of the link are struck at once, the height of the rivet is not less than 7 mm, and a registered quality mark is applied to each of them P in a rhombus;
The welded chain is made on a semi-automatic welding machine using Sv08G2S steel wire. 1 square millimeter of this weld can withstand a load of 100 kg.
in places where the conveyor works, the bottom is reinforced with a strip 4 mm thick.
the thickness of the rear and front sides is 1.5 mm, reinforced with cold-bent channels 3 mm thick.

The table is one-sided (if necessary, you can change the asterisk and rebuild the table for spreading feed on 2 sides).
