SPD PETROV plant offers a modern system for manure removal - the SC scraper.
This system is easily integrated into the vast majority of both existing and new farms.
SC scraper key features:
hardened calibrated circular chain 13*36 made of steel 23G2A with a hardness of 30 HRC;
a powerful gearbox of our own development. Our gearbox has a maximum load of 20 tons! The speed of the scraper with our gearbox is 2.3 m/min, which is very comfortable for cows;
the drive sprocket is made of steel and has an internal row of teeth. These teeth reduce the effect of twisting the chain and ensure a tight engagement of the chain sprocket;
reliable automation is also of our own development. Scraper brains are not only automatic, but also autonomous. Autonomous both from power outages and from the human factor.
When creating the SC scraper, we were guided by the slogan: everything that applies to manure applies to SPD PETROV equipment.
