The TSN.00.760 reducer is intended for the equipment of unloading manure collecting conveyors of the TSN type of all types (TSN.2B, TSN.3B, TSN.160). Also a gearbox TSN.00.760 found its application in drilling rigs for water wells and in small oil presses.

Initially, the TSN.00.760 drive was created and mass-produced by Kyiv the Lepse plant, which specialized in the production of gearboxes for mechanization of agriculture.

SPD PETROV plant has fully mastered the production process reducers for manure removal, including milling of foundry blanks, as well as tooth milling and thermal operations on gears.

The TSN.00.760 reducer is installed in the TSN unloading conveyor, namely in its upper part, where manure is dumped into the vehicle.

The standard engine for the TSN.00.760 gearbox is an engine AIR90L4 at 2.2 kW and 1500 rpm. with flange mounting. With longer cameras in on TSN unloading conveyors, the reducer can be equipped with more powerful electric motors:

camera 6-7 p.m. - AIR90L4 for 2.2 kW;

camera 7-9 p.m. - AIR100S4 for 3.0 kW;

camera from 9 p.m. - AIR100L4 for 4.0 kW.
