The NI.11.13 reducer is designed to complete scraper conveyors of the SC (US) type, it can also be integrated into other types of chain conveyors (USN, USG, JOZ, DeLaval, GEA). The NI.11.13 reducer has a maximum load of 20 kN on the output shaft, and the scraper speed is 2.3 m/min, which is very comfortable for cows.
Variations depend on the power of the installed engine. The power of the drive station is selected depending on the workload of the scraper conveyor, which is influenced by the length of the circuit, the width of the manure alleys, the type of bedding and the frequency of cleaning.
The NI.11.13 drive is an in-house development of our plant, with which we equip our scraper units. Spare parts are always available. The standard placement of the NI.11.13 gearbox is on a vertical rack, but horizontal placement is also possible (with the drive shaft down).
