The transporter TSN.3B is a constructor that is assembled into a chain already at the installation site.
The TSN.3B chain consists of plates, axles, brackets and scrapers.
We stamp TSN.3B chain plates from a hot-rolled strip made of grade 5ps steel (it has an increased carbon content).
TSN.3B axles are manufactured from grade 45 steel, and also heat treated, which increases the service life of the traction circuit.
Chain scrapers are made from a hot-rolled corner with a thickness of 4 mm and a shelf of 50 mm by 50 mm.
The sprockets of the TSN.3B conveyor are made of hot-rolled sheet steel with a thickness of 25 mm. These sprockets are cut by plasma cutting.
hot-riveted chain is made on a 60-ton press using patented technology. On each link, in one blow, the press hits 2 rivets at once from the bottom and top of the link, the height of the rivet is not less than 7 mm, each of them has a registered quality mark P in a rhombus;
the welded chain is made on a semi-automatic welding machine using Sv08G2S steel wire. 1 square millimeter of this welding can withstand a load of 100 kg.
in places where the conveyor works, the bottom is reinforced with a strip 4 mm thick.
the thickness of the rear and front sides is 1.5 mm, reinforced with cold-bent channels 3 mm thick.
