Ланцюг ТСН.3Б складається з пластин, осей, кронштейнів і скребків.
Пластини ланцюга ТСН.3Б ми штампуємо з гарячекатаної смуги зі сталі марки ст.5пс (у ній підвищений вміст вуглецю).
Осі ТСН.3Б виробляємо зі сталі марки ст.45, а також термічно обробляємо, що підвищує термін служби тягового контуру.
Скребки ланцюга виробляються з гарячекатаного куточка товщиною 4 мм полицею 50 мм на 50 мм.
Зірочки транспортера ТСН.3Б виготовляємо з гарячекатаної листової сталі товщиною 25 мм. Ці зірочки вирізаємо на плазмовому різанні.
