Trailer 1PTSG.5 is the youngest model of our line of sealed semi-trailers. It is popularly nicknamed boat because of its beveled rear side.

On the territory of Ukraine, this trailer is very often labeled as NTS-5. Agricultural producers like this model of trailer very much because of its maneuverability and ease of operation.

Hermetic trailers are practically irreplaceable when transporting manure in livestock farms.

The frame is made of a 100*100 mm profile pipe with a thickness of 5 mm. The drawbar is made of two parallel welded hot-rolled channels 16V. The towing loop is forged and certified, has an inner diameter of 50 mm.

The body is completely sealed. The sides are made of whole hot-rolled sheets of metal 3 mm thick. Made by the cold bending method. The entire body is framed by a profile tube 80*60 4 mm thick.

At all places where the body, frame and hydraulic cylinders are attached, we install sliding bearings SHS.

There is only one through hole in the body - on the bottom for the drain plug. There are no holes for fastening fingers and for mounting the cataphots.

The undercarriage is made in the form of a springless axle welded to the frame. The braking system is pneumatic on 2 wheels (added as an option).
