Производится из серого чугуна по ГОСТ 1412-85 путем литья и токарной обработки. Часто просто называется большим шкивом. Шестерня устанавливается на вал электродвигателя, который крепится к редуктору ТСН.02.020. Работает она в паре с шкивом ТСН.00.124. Шкив имеет 2 исполнения с разными внутренними посадочными диаметрами для разных двигателей: 32 мм для АИР112МВ6 и 38 мм для АИР132S6.

The gear is mounted on the motor shaft, which is attached to the TSN.02.020 gearbox. It works in conjunction with the TSN.00.124 pulley. The pulley has 2 versions with different internal diameters for different motors: 32 mm for AIR112MB6 and 38 mm for AIR132S6.
