The UTF conveyor chain with submerged scrapers is used to move bulk materials horizontally and at an angle of up to 45°.

During the operation of the UTF chain conveyor, the material is dragged 3-7 times higher than the conveyor itself in the chute. Each material has its own proportion of height, which depends on its mechanical properties (weight, flowability, shape, etc.).

The UTF conveyor is used by agricultural enterprises producing grain and enterprises of the processing industry: elevators, grain storage facilities, feed mills and mills.

Features of the UTF chain:

All materials transported by the conveyor chain have an abrasive property. And as a result, the use of standard traction chains with a roller and sleeve design in accordance with GOST 588-81 leads to rapid wear of these chain options.

Flour, dust and grains are clogged through the free space in the elements connecting the chain plates. Friction is not sparing the axles, bushings and rollers of the plate chain.

We offer a UTF traction plate chain with a unique design. The peculiarity of our chain is that the chain plates are fastened with paired axles with a hardness of 50 HRC. In a pair, both axles have their own function, and when transporting materials with abrasive properties, the axle of the traction chain is self-cleaning thanks to the crescent axle.
