Transporter TSN.2B is a lamellar fixed chain with a forged inner link. It is an ideal choice for cleaning manure with any amount of hay and straw.

We offer the following options for combining the thickness of links on the TSN.2B conveyor (steel with a high carbon content - grade 5ps, the width of all links is 45 mm):

standard. Internal link 10 mm st.5ps, side plate - 6 mm st.5ps, tensile strength - at least 10 t, ideal combination of price and quality, suitable in most cases;

reinforced. Internal link 12 mm st.5ps, side plate - 6 mm st.5ps, tensile strength - not less than 13 t, for extended contours over 160 m;

super reinforced. Internal link 12 mm st.5ps, side plate - 8 mm st.5ps, tensile strength - not less than 10 t, for very difficult working conditions.

Our company offers 2 types of TSN.2B chain execution:

hot-riveted chain is made on a 60-ton press using patented technology. On each link, in one blow, the press hits 2 rivets at once from the bottom and top of the link, the height of the rivet is not less than 7 mm, each of them has a registered quality mark. P in a rhombus;

the welded chain is made on a semi-automatic welding machine using Sv08G2S steel wire. 1 square millimeter of this welding can withstand a load of 100 kg.

in places where the conveyor works, the bottom is reinforced with a strip 4 mm thick.

the thickness of the rear and front sides is 1.5 mm, reinforced with cold-bent channels 3 mm thick.
