TSN.160 conveyors are a round-link chain with welded brackets to which scrapers are fixed with metal products.

We use hardened calibrated chain in TSN.160 conveyors, size 14*80, steel grade 23G2A and hardness 30 HRC, 8th strength class. Its tensile strength is 24 tons.

TSN.160B conveyors are a subtype of the TSN.160 conveyor, in which the scrapers have a floating fixation on the side of the chain (the scrapers are screwed to the bracket with one bolt through a spacer bushing).

TSN.160A conveyors are also a subspecies of the TSN.160 conveyor, in which the scrapers have a rigid fixation from below or above the chain (the scrapers are screwed to the bracket with two pieces of hardware).

For the version with a scraper from the bottom of the traction circuit, we produce rotary sprockets on an elongated axis.

Also in the assortment there are rotary rollers TSN.160A - the development of the Galeshchyn plant. This type of roller is suitable only for the subtype of chain TSN.160A with the scraper in the lower position.

hot-riveted chain is made on a 60-ton press using patented technology. On each link, in one stroke of the press, 2 rivets from the bottom and top of the link are struck at once, the height of the rivet is not less than 7 mm, and a registered quality mark is applied to each of them P in a rhombus;

The welded chain is made on a semi-automatic welding machine using Sv08G2S steel wire. 1 square millimeter of this weld can withstand a load of 100 kg.
